AI-powered document intelligence

Semantic Agent, grounded in what you trust

Bring your sources, plug in your apps, get cited answers from the source they came from.

What the Semantic Agent does

A reasoning agent over the sources you trust and the apps you already use

Cited answers, every time

Every claim links back to the source it came from — open it, verify it, move on.

Web search when your sources don't have it

The agent decides when to look beyond your corpus and brings the citation back with it.

Connect the apps you already use

Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint. Live access, no stale copies.

Plug in your own integrations

Any service that speaks MCP — the agent learns whatever endpoints you expose.

Visuals come with the answer

Diagrams, schematics, screenshots pulled straight out of your sources.

Long-form artifacts that stick around

Reports, code, charts the agent generates persist across the conversation.

Ask in any language. The agent understands and replies in yours.

Your sources, on your terms

The agent grounds on what you decide to feed it — and you decide who else gets to ask

Ingest any source — documents, manuals, slides, spreadsheets, drawings. Audio, video, and more on the way.

Just you

Private workspace, never leaves your account.

Share with people

Invite by email — access scoped to the people you grant.

Publish to the web

Public sources anyone can browse and ask questions against.

Controlled access

Admin-approved entry for teams and partners — caps, dashboards, revocable links.

A few of the places HeyJo answers questions

Energy

A field tech on a solar install

On site, midway through wiring an inverter, an installer asks the agent a question against the manufacturer's manual. The cited answer comes back with the diagram from the spec sheet — no flipping through a PDF on a phone.

"Where exactly does the AC disconnect bracket mount on this inverter model?" — answered, cited, with the diagram.

Frequently asked questions

Think of it like a coding agent — but for your sources instead of your codebase. The Semantic Agent reasons over the documents you upload, the apps you connect, and the web. It searches, reads, cross-references, and answers — always citing the source it relied on. The result is an AI assistant that's grounded in what you trust, not in what it was trained on.
You add the sources you trust — documents, manuals, internal procedures — and connect the apps you already use (Drive, Notion, SharePoint, or any service that speaks MCP). Ask a question. The agent decides where to look, reasons through what it finds, and replies with a cited answer. Every claim links back to the source it came from.
HeyJo runs on credits. Pick a monthly subscription with the credit volume you want, or buy one-time packs. Credits are consumed per question and per ingestion. See the pricing page — you set the volume yourself with the cursor.
A credit corresponds to a small piece of work — a chat turn, ingestion of part of a source, a web search. Light questions cost a handful of credits; heavy operations like ingesting a long document cost more. A credit estimate appears next to anything that would cost a significant amount.
You can cancel any time from your billing dashboard. Subscription credits stop being granted at the end of the current period. One-time pack credits never expire — they stay in your account until you use them.
Yes. HeyJo supports MCP (Model Context Protocol). Any service that exposes an MCP endpoint can be added to the agent's toolset, and the agent will use it when relevant. We also ship first-party connectors for Google Drive, Notion, and SharePoint.
Yes, in a few ways. Keep them private to yourself. Invite specific people by email. Publish them to the web so anyone can ask questions against them. Or use controlled access for teams and partners — admin-approved entry with caps and dashboards.
Yes — SAML, IAM provisioning, and identity provider integration are part of our enterprise offering. If your security team controls who sees what via an existing IdP, we plug into that. Contact us to scope a rollout.
Documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), images, plain text, code — the formats teams typically work in. Audio, video, and more are on the way. Beyond uploads, you can connect Drive, Notion, SharePoint, and any MCP-compatible service for live access.
Yes. HeyJo pulls diagrams, schematics, charts, and photos directly out of the source and shows them alongside the cited text — the original visuals, not generated illustrations.
Yes — ask the agent in your language and it responds in yours. The underlying model handles 60+ languages natively.
Yes. Sources are encrypted, never shared with third parties, never used to train AI models, and processed and stored within the EU.
